It's been a busy start to 2024. This month I've helped over 500 Wakefield constituents, from issues with the child maintenance service to problems with damp in rented properties. I've spoken in Parliament about the crisis in NHS dentistry in Wakefield and Pinderfield's A&E waiting times. I've asked questions to ministers on issues such as housing benefit and asylum accommodation.
I voted over 25 times, including against the Government's Rwanda Bill gimmick and for a real plan to deal with NHS dentistry. And I've been out and about speaking to people about their ambitions and their concerns for our local community, From uneven pavements in Thornes to our city centre regeneration.
Bring on February.
